Presentation

Mehmet A. Orhan is an associate professor of management and organizational behavior and joined EM Normandie in 2021. He obtained his PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands in 2016. His dissertation was about the behavioral impacts of remote working practices at the individual level. His publications are mainly on the effects of technology in the workplace, and his research interests include the behavioral and ethical aspects of technology mediated interactions in broader social settings. Besides holding memberships and affiliations with various scholarly societies, he is a proud member of the Future of Work and Organizational Psychology movement.
