Admission Process
This programme is accessible with a French Baccalaureate level via the SESAME Competitive Exam.
This exam, common to several Grandes Écoles of management, includes written tests, a motivational interview, and a language oral exam.

Evaluation criteria for the course
All components of the student's education are evaluated: academic learnings, internships, missions, challenges, dissertations, study stays in partner universities. For academic learnings, continuous assessment generally accounts for 40% and the final exam accounts for the remaining 60%. Evaluations may also take the form of case studies, role-playing, group work, etc. Professionalisation (work-study, internships, missions, challenges) and, where appropriate, the corresponding report, will be evaluated jointly by the teaching team and the company.
Key Objectives
The Master in Management at the EM Normandie Business School prepares students for roles as versatile high-level managers, equipped with skills in administration and management, and prepared for the practice of responsible management and the coordination of cross-disciplinary projects in a multicultural environment. Offered in semester 7, the ‘Integrating risk into business management’ course teaches you how to manage risks (financial, strategic, legal, environmental) in a complex and constantly changing environment: SWOT analysis, risk mapping, etc.
Test your SD-CSR knowledge

In Year 1, take the Awareness Test, an international test developed by Sulitest Impact to assess your knowledge of sustainable development and CSR. Then deepen your knowledge throughout the course and take the TASKTM to earn your official certificate.
Responsible Project: innovating for tomorrow

In semester 6, work in teams and on behalf of companies on real sustainability issues. For a full semester, like real consultants, help companies to integrate sustainable development and CSR into their strategy and organisation in order to meet environmental and societal challenges. Find out about your customer and its environment, explore market opportunities, define a business model and a differentiating management system, propose an action plan, etc.
Community and civic initiatives: get involved in a passion project
‘Entrepreneurship’ Block (1st year)
An essential pillar of the EM Normandie Experience, associative life gives you great freedom of action. With the support of the Community Life Department, you can apply your knowledge and develop new skills by getting involved, as part of a team, in a project that you are passionate about. Whether it's sport, humanitarian work or sustainable development, join one of the School's associations or launch your own project. Broaden your horizons by taking part in the Citizen Project and contribute to the work of the Restos du Cœur, the Ligue contre le cancer, UNICEF, the Pompiers Volontaires, an NGO, etc.

In semester 2, let your creative spirit run free and become a true entrepreneur. Work in teams for 3 months on a business creation project: student services, anti-waste, etc. The choice is yours! Take part in practical workshops and coaching sessions with mentors, and discover the nuts and bolts of launching your own start-up. Twice a year, the EM Normandie incubator also launches calls for projects: pitch your idea and win your place for a free and tailor-made support!

Throughout the course, take advantage of English lessons to improve your oral and written English. Strengthen your grammar, diversify your vocabulary and perfect your pronunciation to communicate effectively in everyday and professional life. In Year 2, you can spend a full semester abroad (S3) at a partner university or in our international campuses. At the end of the course, take the TOEIC test and put your score on your CV to prove your language skills in a professional context. You can also learn about specific cultural aspects to help you work in a multicultural environment, and further enhance your language skills by practising a second or third language from a choice of 9 (Arabic, Chinese, German, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish; subject to a minimum number of enrolments).

In the course offered in semester 6, learn how to analyse and manage costs to improve the company's sustainable performance. Discover how to create different cost scenarios, calculate full or partial costs and measure variances between forecasts and actual results. Master all the tools you need to make informed decisions and optimise resource management effectively and sustainably.

French diploma holders
- Selection based on examination of the application file: seriousness of the application, quality of the academic and/or professional profile.
- Remote interview with an academic advisor: to find out more about the applicant, his/her plans and objectives. The admission decision (admitted, refused) is made a few days after the interview.
- Admitted candidates receive a formal e-mail inviting them to pay a deposit (deductible from tuition fees), which enables them to reserve their place on the programme and triggers a final letter of acceptance.

Entrance in U1
The ‘Concours SESAME’, open to high school and baccalaureate students, brings together 17 programmes aimed at Bac+4 or Bac+5 from 14 international Grandes Écoles in Business and Management.
Since the 2020 session, the SESAME Competition has been part of Parcoursup, a platform designed to collect and manage the application wishes of future higher education students.

Entrance in U3
The Passerelle 2 National Test Bank is common to 10 French Business Schools. It is open to all students who hold a French undergraduate degree of 3 or 4 years minimum and in any specialisation.
Non-French diploma holders (access via application form)
Entrance in U3
The programme is open to students who hold a non-French degree obtained after at least three years of higher education outside France (Licence degree, Bachelor’s degree, Benke...).
No English language test score is required for students holding a degree from an English-speaking university. For other applicants, language requirements are: TOEIC 790, IELTS 6, TOEFL 83

In addition to the EM Normandie application form, international candidates must approach their local Campus France office to facilitate the process of obtaining their visa. Once the down payment has been received, the School will help International students with their visa procedures and search for accommodation.
