Caroline Chauvire – Campus Director and International Business Expert
Caroline Chauvire brings over 20 years of international experience across diverse sectors, from Fortune 500 corporations to innovative startups. As the Campus Director at EM Normandie’s Dublin campus, Caroline provides both academic and administrative leadership, overseeing campus growth, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to enhance the educational experience. With a background that spans roles in marketing, communications, and brand management with leading tech companies like Oracle, Fitbit, and Sandisk, she excels in bridging business objectives with impactful communication strategies.
In addition to her role in higher education, Caroline is actively pursuing a PhD at TU Dublin Business School, exploring corporate entrepreneurship’s role in innovation for medium-sized companies. Passionate about technology in education and fostering connections within the tech ecosystem, she also serves as a board member of La French Tech Dublin, supporting partnerships between French and Irish tech communities.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Caroline is fluent in English and Spanish and is an avid runner, often participating in half-marathons and 10K races.

Isoline Marchand, Head of Programmes
Isoline Marchand is Head of Programmes at EM Normandie Business School Dublin, leading programme delivery, academic development and industry engagement across international cohorts. She is also co-founder and CMO of NoQ5.ai, building an AI assistant for revenue leaders to improve CRM hygiene and pipeline execution so forecasts are based on reliable data.
With a background in partnerships and community building, she works closely with corporate teams, founders and public sector partners to align academic programmes with real market needs across Ireland and Europe.

Geneviève Guillebaud - Programme and Administration Officer
Experienced Programme and Administration Officer with a strong foundation in scheduling, office management, and student support. Skilled in sales, customer service, and payroll processing, with certifications in bookkeeping and payroll. Proven expertise in ERP administration, billing, and financial reporting. Bilingual in French and English, with a detail-oriented, organized approach to both team and client-facing roles. Extensive experience working with international institutions and companies in both Ireland and France.

Leo D’Arcy – Academic Quality Assurance Manager
Leo has been involved in International Education for over 25 years. He has worked with many international institutions and companies, in both Ireland and Italy.
He has a keen interest in literature, music and rugby.

Professor Rajibul Hasan – Full Professor of Marketing
Professor Dr Rajibul Hasan, a full professor of Marketing, has taught E-commerce, AI, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Marketing at leading institutions across the UK, France, and Ireland. He has published 37 peer-reviewed articles, focusing on AI, technology, digital marketing, and innovation.

Aneta Hamza-Orlinska – Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management
Aneta is part of Organisational studies & HR Management department. She joined EM Normandie Business School in 2021. Prior to joining EM Normandie, she worked in Trinity Business School, Dublin Business School, and French universities. She loves travel and cycling.

Peter O’Neill – Language Co-ordinator and Teacher of English
Peter has been teaching English to international students for over twenty years. He is a published author and translator and he is also a keen learner of languages himself, having lived in France for a number of years and who has also travelled extensively throughout Italy.

Cindy Laromiguiere – Student Life Officer
Cindy Laromiguière, originally from France, began her professional journey as a Marketing Lecturer at EM Normandie Ireland. A graduate of Munster Technological University (MTU) in Cork, she also built a successful career at Apple, gaining valuable industry experience.
Following her contributions to Munster Technological University, Cindy transitioned into the role of Student Life Officer at EM Normandie Ireland in 2022. Her dynamic career path showcases a deep passion for technology, digital marketing, and pedagogy.
