Innovate, impact, inspire: a look back at the 2025 Soirée des Pépites

On Tuesday 20 May 2025, the EM Normandie family gathered in Paris to celebrate the latest edition of the Soirée des Pépites, the must-attend event dedicated to entrepreneurship. Organised by the EM Normandie Alumni Association, in partnership with Business France, the evening once again highlighted the boldness, creativity and passion of the school's graduates and student entrepreneurs.
Five talents rewarded for their inspiring projects
This year's 2025 awards were presented to five winners, each embodying in their own way the values of innovation, impact and commitment promoted by EM Normandie:

🏆 Innovative Company Prize : Emrys DJEBBARI (2028 graduate) - Founder of Indup
As a student with a strong passion for industry and new technologies, Emrys Djebbari founded Indup, a start-up that reinvents industrial processes with tailor-made digital solutions to improve the efficiency and sustainability of production sites. -
🌱 Environmental and/or Social Impact Prize: Valérie and Julien BACON (2002 graduate) - Founders of Mobidiq
The co-founders of Mobidiq are working towards more sustainable mobility through an innovative platform that optimises business travel while reducing its carbon footprint. A high-impact project that combines technology and ecology. -
🛍️ Artisan and Concept retailer prize: Charlotte ANCELLIN (2019 graduate) - Founder of Maison Bocquet
After graduating in 2019, Charlotte Ancellin created Maison Bocquet, an artisanal brand combining French know-how and contemporary design. Her ambition: to promote local craftsmanship and provide authentic and elegant products. -
🌟 Best Emerging Talent Award : Fabienne MORIN (2010 graduate) - Nova Families Project
With Nova Families, Fabienne Morin aims to rethink how families can be supported in managing their day-to-day lives and developing links between generations. It's a meaningful initiative focused on solidarity and family well-being. -
💡 Audience Award: Jérémie DOUALA (2023 graduate) - Founder of Allobob
Winner of the audience vote, Jérémie Douala seduced the crowd with Allobob, the platform that simplifies breakdown repairs and minor jobs around the home . In just one click, consumers can find a qualified, reliable professional who is immediately available, with transparent rates and an integrated messaging system so they can talk to someone before the job is done.
For professionals, Allobob offers a ready-to-use solution that enables them to digitalise their business, boost their visibility and build customer loyalty. A promising project that opens up a sector to the digital era.
A highlight for the EM Normandie community
Beyond the prizes, this evening was an intergenerational meeting between students, graduates and partners, all sharing the same desire: to dare to be an entrepreneur. The discussions emphasised the diversity of backgrounds, the strength of the EM Normandie network and the entrepreneurial drive that has always been at the heart of the school.
